জিলা আৰু সত্ৰ ন্যায়াধীশৰ খালী পদৰ যোগ্যতা (Eligibility for posts) :-
Educational Qualification : VII Standard (Class 8) Passed.
Candidate must possess a valid Driving License issued by the competent
authority.
The candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age
as on the date of application. The upper age limit will be relaxed by-
(i) By 5 years for ST and SC candidates i.e. up to 45 years as per Govt.
Notification No.ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02-09-2020 issued by Department
of Personnel, Government of Assam,
(ii) By 3 years for OBC / MOBC candidates i.e. up to 43 years as
per Govt. Notification No.ABP.6/2016/51, dated 02-09-2020 issued by
Department of Personnel, Government of Assam,
জিলা আৰু সত্ৰ ন্যায়াধীশৰ খালী পদৰ বাবে কেনেদৰে Apply কৰিব (How to Apply) :-
1) Eligible candidates will have to apply in Standard Form of Application (published
in the Gazette Part IX of Govt, of Assam) and must submit to “The District &
Sessions Judge, Bajali, Pathsala, District Judicial Court Complex,
Madan Rauta Nagar, Pathsala – 781 325″. The Last date of receipt of
application is 01-10-2022 till5.00 PM.
2) The application must be accompanied with the following
(a) Three recent coloured-passport size photograph with name on reverse side,
(b) One Self-addressed Envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs.5 thereon,
(c) Self-attested copies of testimonials in support of his/her AGE, CASTE,
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, DRIVING LICENSE.
(d) Mobile Nos. must be written on the top of the Standard Form in RED INK.
3) Candidates already in govt, service must apply through proper channel.
4) Incomplete or late received applications will summarily be rejected.
5) If any candidate found canvassing directly/indirectly his/her candidature will be
rejected.
6) The applications can be submitted through Ordinary/Speed/Registered Post or
by directly to the office of the undersigned.
বাছনি প্ৰক্ৰিয়া SELECTION PROCEDURE :-
The candidates will have to appear in Written Test, a Driving Test and
an Interview (Viva-Voce) at their own expense. The selection will be made purely on
merit basis. Canvassing directly or indirectly by any candidate will lead to cancellation
ofhis/her candidature.
No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates.
However, the list ofsorted-out candidates and Date ofInterview will be uploaded in
the official website https://districts.ecourts.qov.in/bajali. Candidates are
advised to visit the official website regularly for updated information.
The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter
the advertisement or other terms and condition of the advertisement
without any prior notice.
